Flexible Spending Account Health & Dependent Care
Associates can choose to participate in the Flexible Spending - Health and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts after 90 days of employment have been completed. These plans allow Associates to use pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses and dependent daycare expenses.

Life Insurance
After 90 days of employment have been completed, Associates will receive $10,000 in life insurance paid by the company. Associates can also choose to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents at a very affordable cost.
