Our Single Family Homes Lifestyle Design Center is a 17,000 square foot complex of complete room displays, a showroom of thousands of options and finish choices and a workshop of meeting rooms and selection suites.

Every part of your home is represented by a section of the Design Center. The Exterior section will guide you through roofing choices, paint colors and more. The Interior section is where you'll select carpet and flooring, wall finishes and doors. You'll find cabinets and countertops in the Kitchen section. In the Appliances section you'll choose from a wide variety of cooking appliances as well as washers, dryers and more. The Lighting section is where you'll find hanging and wall mounted lighting choices. The Options section includes several home-enhancing choices in electronics, climate control, central vacuum and more. Finally, to help visualize your dreams, throughout the Design Center, we've created several vignettes - finished and furnished rooms, full of options and inspiration.

This one-of-a-kind resource center allows you to preview many of the products that will be in your new home and offers a palette of exciting ideas on how to create a home that reflects your individual lifestyle.
