 | I feel like I'm home, and there's no need for me to ever move again. I've got everything I need here for life.
Terri Schuster | Condominiums Welcome to Terri Schuster is home, and feels like she'll never have to move again.
Terri Schuster is looking happily toward retirement in her new Fischer Home at Marival. The active 60 year old retired briefly in early 2004, after having spent 32 years working at Ford Motor Company in Sharonville. Terri was called back to work in August, and is currently working full time. However, her new schedule is flexible enough to allow her to do the things she loves, like spending time with her children and grandchildren, and organizing social events.
Before moving to Marival, Terri lived in Fischer Homes' Water's Edge community for seven years. Already a satisfied Fischer Homes customer, Terri ran across an ad for Marival in the Sunday paper. She went over right away to see if this new community could provide the additional living space and amenities she desired. Terri found the exact model she wanted, and had a delightful sales experience. She received a 2% discount for being a repeat Fischer Homes buyer, and her old home was sold in only three months and for more than the guaranteed sales price.
Terri's new home provides everything she needs, including a master bedroom suite with garden bath, great room, formal dining room, kitchen with breakfast nook, and laundry room on the main floor. The upper deck overlooks woods and a creek. There is also a deck on the lower level, along with a guest bedroom, pass-through bathroom, wet bar, family room, study, fireplace, pantry, and unfinished basement. Terri even treated herself to a few upgrades, including hardwood floors in the foyer and hallway, and a formal separate dining room and living room.
Enjoying A New Community
Marival's social committee was a key selling point for Terri. She "jumped in with both feet" and these days she organizes Movie Day, Restaurant Night and Game & Cards Night. Terri loves living in Mason, and is just a few miles from two of her favorite places-the Mason Community Center and New Hope Church. Terri organizes events for her family as well, including Sunday Movie Day and Girl's Night Out, every third Wednesday at a different local restaurant. There is a sign in Terri's living room that says "Life's a Journey, Enjoy it!" And that's exactly what she's doing.
