Welcome to
Diane and Kevin Woods found the perfect home for their young family.
When Diane and Kevin Woods set out to build their new home, they had two very important concerns-their 3-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son. Diane and Kevin had a strong desire to participate in the selection of the new home plan and custom features that would meet the needs of their young family for years to come. Friends of theirs had a good building experience with Fischer Homes, and Diane and Kevin desired that same kind of experience.
Although the couple diligently compared the offerings of several local builders, they were ultimately won over by the ample storage space, big bedrooms and striking entryway of the Fischer Homes house they chose to build. Diane loves having her second story open to the balcony and the added warmth that the upgraded cherry cabinets and flooring give her new home. Diane "couldn't say enough good things" about the positive sales experience she and her husband had with Fischer Homes Sales Representative Ken Dippel. The couple was especially pleased with his patience and accomodating nature throughout the sales process.
Enjoying A New Community
Adjacent to the majestic Triple Crown Country Club, the Woods family's new community is exactly what they were looking for. Diane loves watching her daughter get excited when she sees other children playing in their neighborhood. Diane is thrilled that living in Triple Crown offers her children plenty of opportunities to make new friends.
Diane often has the chance to meet and greet neighbors when she takes a walk. She is pleased to relate that in Triple Crown "the neighbors not only introduce themselves to you, they introduce you to other neighbors." Although the community is fairly new, Triple Crown residents are already a tight-knit and welcoming group.
Triple Crown is closer to Kevin's work than the family's previous residence. In addition to a shorter commute, Kevin enjoys playing golf at Triple Crown Country Club, where his company has a membership. The whole family benefits from being less than 25 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, with the airport and Florence Mall just a few minutes away.
