The Bethea family live their dream in their new house by Fischer Homes.
"The house found us," says Debbie Bethea if you ask how her family chose their home in the Fischer Homes Water's Edge community in Mason. Debbie, her husband, Andy, and their dog, Kody, were living in a Fischer Homes condominum in the same neighborhood and took nightly walks. One night, they saw the two-story brick house and the "For Sale" sign in the yard. "We weren't looking. We didn't need a house that size. But the opportunity presented itself and we took it," Debbie said.
Since they closed on their Caldwell home, the couple has grown their family with son, Matthew, 13 months. Debbie manages special events for Cincinnati Nature Center, and Andy works as a regional sales manager for Anderson & Company.

The pair loved their Fischer Homes buying and selling process. The company's dedication to industry-leading customer service really showed, as Andy said he couldn't imagine it having gone more smoothly. "I thought the selling of our Fischer Homes condo was easy," Andy said. "It was as easy as I could have hoped."
The Betheas love their Mason location and its quick highway access. In their spare time, they love to play sports, volleyball for Andy and golf for Debbie, and just spend time together as a family. Debbie adds that their home allows them to easily entertain because of the flowing floorplan, and Andy spends as much time working in the yard as possible.
Enjoying A New Community
Debbie and Andy have been impressed with Fischer Homes' commitment to making each neighborhood a community-not just a collection of homes. And they still utilize the sidewalks in their neighborhood, embarking on those daily walks that led them to their Fischer Homes two-story. "We use them everyday, and I know we'll be using the pool a lot this summer," Debbie said.
Her family has also rented the community clubhouse for parties. "This is a really fun neighborhood. Places like this-with all of this at your front door-didn't exist when I was growing up. It's really great."
Since the couple started in their Fischer Homes condominium and as they expand their family in their large two-story home, the Betheas know they live in a community that they are proud to call home.
