A new community is coming soon to La Grange, Kentucky: Bridlerun. Fischer Homes has broken ground on this new single-family community in Jefferson County located off Flat Rock Road.
Bridle Run is a $60 million and will consist of 201 single-family home sites. Buyers can choose from more than 20 floor plans, including five-level designs, ranch and two-story homes with first-floor owner’s retreats. In addition, Residents can enjoy a picnic area and walking paths throughout. The new home community is adjacent to Polo Fields Golf & Country Club and is near Long Run Park.

Bridle Run is in the Jefferson County Public School District – Stopher Elementary, Crosby Middle School, and Eastern High School. The community offers easy access to both I-64 and I-265. It is also easily accessible to employers in the downtown Louisvillearea.
Site development work on the property has already begun. Ficher Homes expects for construction of these new homes to start in the spring of 2020.
