Associates are eligible to enroll in insured benefits on their 31st day of employment. Medical, dental and vision coverage have a variety of plan coverage options that give Associates an opportunity to personalize coverage to match their needs.

Flexible Spending Account Health & Dependent Care
Associates can choose to participate in the Flexible Spending – Health and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts after 30 days of employment have been completed. These plans allow Associates to use pre-tax dollars for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses and dependent daycare expenses.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
After 30 days of employment have been completed, Associates will receive $20,000 in Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance paid by the company. Associates can also choose to purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents at a very affordable cost.

401(k) / Profit Plus Plan
We offer an opportunity for you to save for your retirement through 401(k) pre-tax traditional or Roth deferrals. We provide a discretionary company match that is communicated in the fall each year. We have a long history of making a discretionary profit sharing contributions to the plan. Annually the plan offers a variety of self-directed investments.
