The Indianapolis Division of Fischer Homes is hosting two Muddy Boots tours on August 17th. The events will be located at Meridian East at Springhurst and Highgate from noon to 4 PM.
Attendees will enjoy free lunch and more importantly, have the opportunity to get down and dirty touring homes under construction. Muddy Boots will be provided. Each home will feature a different stage of construction:
- Framing
- Pre-drywall
- Trim Install
“Building a home can be complicated, so homebuyers today are intimidated by the idea,” says Kaylee Fox, Sales Manager. “Hosting this event allows our prospects to engage with us in a fun, interactive way.”
A Sales Counselor will be conducting the Muddy Boots tours and speaking about the process. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
Lastly, attendees will also be able to ask questions about financing. This includes qualification and down payment requirements, for example. Moreover, they will have the opportunity to complete an onsite application and receive same-day results.
Meridian East at Springhurst
Offering homes starting in $170s to $230s+ featured in Fischer Homes’ Maple Street Collection. Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, and playground. Meridian East at Springhurst is located in Greenfield, Indiana near a variety of shopping and dining options on N. State Street.
Highgate
Choose from a variety of homes from our Maple Street Collection, starting in the $200s to $250s+. Highgate is located only 15 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Future planned amenities include a playground, a picnic area, and wooded walking paths. Highgate is located in Perry Township School district.
