The Mitchell

Starting at 2711 square feet, the Mitchell is a new floor plan from the Masterpiece Collection featuring an open design with soaring two-story family room open to the kitchen. The Quinn

The Quinn is a new floor plan from the Designer Collection starting at 2644 square feet. The Quinn offers a gourmet kitchen with over-sized walk-in pantry and attached morning room. The kitchen is open to the expansive family room and also offers a bonus casual living space. This stunning floor plan offers a spacious owner’s suite and owner’s bath as well as 3 secondary bedrooms and loft that provides the perfect spot for kids to gather with friends.

The Grandin

The Grandin is the third new plan Fischer Homes has released. Starting at 2711 square feet, the Grandin features a living room near the grand entrance. The two-story family room opens to the large kitchen with attached morning room. Located in the rear of the home, next to the kitchen, sits the casual living space. Upstairs you’ll find the owner’s suite featuring a large walk-in closet and luxurious owner’s bath. Three secondary bedrooms also sit on the second floor providing plenty of space for a growing family. The Grandin also features an over-sized garage or optional third-car garage for additional parking space and plenty of storage space.
