Fischer Homes is releasing three new floorplans to the Designer Collection: the Calvin, Delaney, and Springfield. These new home designs are available to build in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Atlanta, and Louisville in select communities.
Though all have different designs, each of the new floorplans features open concept living, as well as kitchens that are functional, beautiful, and the focal point of the home. The Calvin
This new ranch floorplan is 2,069 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. The Calvin is a spacious single-story home featuring a kitchen with an island and walk-in pantry. Notably, the kitchen is open to the morning room and family room, creating an ideal space to agther. Boasting an en suite and walk-in closet, the owner’s suite is conveniently located with easy access to the laundry room.

The Delaney
The Delaney new home design is two stories with an alternate second floor for additional space. The variety of elevations allows for an exterior that fits any preference. The first floor features an open kitchen with an island, spacious morning room, and a family room with an optional fireplace. In the included plan, the second floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. However, the alternate second floor adds a fourth bedroom to the home and walk-in closets to each bedroom.

The Springfield
This 1,805 square foot ranch floorplan features an island kitchen and spacious family room. The owner’s suite is located at the back of the home with convenient access to the laundry room. In addition, two bedrooms are located at the front of the home with their own bathroom. The Springfield
