Recent studies show that customers are looking for styles with a more urban appeal. Therefore, we felt that this presented the perfect opportunity to update and expand our selection.

Thus introducing our new Urban Modern exteriors. These new designs incorporate a classical look and feel with a modern twist. It was created to complement neighbors homes, but stand out on the street. This Urban Modern style is quickly becoming a preferred style across many of the leading markets across the county.

In addition, we have expanded our popular Modern Farmhouse selection. It is now available on many of our popular floorplans. The Modern Farmhouse style integrates traditional farmhouse forms with a classic modern appearance.

These architects presented us with inspiration from Dallas, Las Angelos, Denver, and Nashville. As a result, this inspiration allowed us to include a variety of different design styles and detailing elements into these new plans.

We are proud to offer these new modern exteriors alongside our Coastal Classic, Western Craftsman, and Hyde Park designs. All of these styles will come together to create an exciting new streetscape. The elements being introduced were thoughtfully selected in order to complement our current selection, but stand out on the street.
