The 2026 St. Louis St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway came to an exciting close, raising nearly 1.7 million dollars for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
Fischer Homes was honored to once again serve as the builder of the St. Louis St. Jude Dream Home, located in the Streets of Caledonia community in O’Fallon, Missouri. The campaign brought together Fischer Homes associates, trade partners, vendors, sponsors, volunteers and members of the St. Louis community in support of the lifesaving mission of St. Jude.
A Dream Home Built for an Important Mission
This year’s St. Louis St. Jude Dream Home featured the Emmett floorplan. The home offered approximately 3,206 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage.
Additional design features included a morning room, a deluxe owner’s bath and a finished lower level with a wet bar, bedroom and full bathroom. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully planned to create a beautiful and welcoming space for its future owner.
The home was officially awarded to one lucky winner on August 13, marking the conclusion of another incredible St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway campaign in St. Louis.
The St. Louis Community Comes Together for St. Jude
Throughout the campaign, thousands of people supported the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway by purchasing tickets, touring the completed home and helping spread the word.
Each ticket purchased helped support the lifesaving work of St. Jude, including research and care for children facing cancer and other life-threatening diseases. The $1,682,700 raised through this year’s campaign reflects the incredible generosity of the entire St. Louis community.
The success of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway extends far beyond the home itself. It represents what is possible when a community comes together around a shared mission and a cause that truly matters.

Building Dream Homes Across Three Communities
Fischer Homes is honored to be the first and only builder in the country to build and give away three St. Jude Dream Homes in a single year, with homes in Greater Cincinnati, St. Louis and Louisville.
With the generous support of our local trade partners, vendors and communities, Fischer Homes has built 30 St. Jude Dream Homes and helped raise more than $35 million in the fight against childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
We are grateful to St. Jude for entrusting Fischer Homes with this important work. The funds raised help ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food, so they can focus on what matters most: helping their child live.
