The Fischer Homes Design Studio is where new homeowners collaborate with professional designers to personalize every detail of their home's interior and exterior finishes.
Your journey begins with a design selections appointment where you will work one-on-one with a professional Design Consultant to personalize your home. Before construction begins, you will also meet your Field Manager and Sales Counselor to review timelines and set expectations for the months ahead.
We recommend connecting with Victory Mortgage early in the process — ideally before or during your initial home search. Getting pre-qualified gives you a clear picture of your budget and puts you in a stronger position when it is time to sign your purchase agreement. Victory Mortgage specializes in new construction financing and will guide you through every step.
On average, Fischer Homes builds are completed in 6–8 months once construction begins. The timeline can vary depending on:
- Floorplan size and complexity
- Customization and design selections
- Local permitting and approvals
- Weather conditions and site preparation
If you need a faster timeline, ask about our Quick Move-In Homes — homes already under construction or completed and available within weeks.
While Fischer Homes works to keep every build on schedule, factors like weather, material availability, design selections, financing, or permitting can sometimes cause adjustments to the timeline. If a delay occurs, your Field Manager will communicate the update and revised timeline so you can plan accordingly. Keeping you informed is a priority throughout the process.
Yes. Fischer Homes values our Realtor partners and offers competitive commission programs, Realtor-focused events, and dedicated resources to help agents serve their clients. If you're working with a Realtor, let your Sales Counselor know from your first visit so they can be included throughout the process.
It's normal for a new house to experience minor settling, which can cause small issues like hairline cracks, nail pops, and gaps in trim as it adjusts to climate changes. These are considered typical and differ from structural defects.
We separate coverage for these minor issues from our multi-year structural coverage.
We strongly recommend connecting with Victory Mortgage to get pre-qualified before you begin. Pre-qualification gives you a clear understanding of your budget and puts you in a stronger position when it is time to move forward.
