Steven, Terry, Gus, Lindsey and everyone we have been in contact with from Fischer Homes has been great. Steven was so knowledgeable about different models and answered all our questions, no matter the time of day! He was beyond helpful in the selection of our new home! Terry and Gus have been awesome. They answer any questions we had on the building process. They handled any problem that came up! Lindsey was so helpful when picking the finishes on our home. Because of everyone involved, we know our house will be beautiful! We look forward to the many memories we will make in our new home! 

Our experience was excellent. Steven Tolle went above and beyond helping us choose which home was best for us - even helping us on his day off. He was also very kind. Gina Mangold was also very helpful. She even remembered to reach out to us with a concern that she remembered us raising during our design appointment in regards to our deck. Finally, Tyler Cecil was an absolutely phenomenal superintendent. He was extremely timely, positive, and professional in his responses. Any time we had a concern, he reassured us or corrected it in a very responsive manner. We are so excited for our home and have had a wonderful experience with Fischer. 

My experience with Fischer was seamless and even fun. My team were all seasoned professionals and I got a great home.

From start to finish Fischer homes was beyond amazing. Michael started us off and was so friendly and so helpful we wanted to sign that day. Our design appointment was easy and welcoming with great insights. Matt Robbins is an absolute Rockstar. he is honest and communicated perfectly. We were so lucky to have him and the rest of the team. I cannot say enough about how helpful Matt was. He treated us like family. Everything I experienced with Fischer Homes was positive from the beginning to the end. I like to thank Josi Stone and Jennifer and all other personnel who assisted me in the process. What an amazing experience to build with Fischer Homes. Starting with our sales counselor David Burton. He helped steer us in the right direction with location and home, such an A+ individual. Our selection process was detailed, smooth and informative. Lindsay did a fantastic job guiding us through our selections and we ended up with the home we dreamed of. I don't think we could have asked for a better Field Manager. Matt was on it from start to finish. He kept us informed throughout the build and was extremely knowledgeable. When unexpected delays would occur he kept us updated constantly and would shoot us over pictures of exciting details and milestones. He took the stress out of this process for us. We would absolutely recommend Matt to anyone wanting to build a home. Awesome job Fischer Homes.

From when we first met, Aliyah Walker, who helped us find our home, to working with your finance team and then Nathan and Joey during construction, this whole process couldn't have been easier. They were all very professional, and even more importantly, ultra responsive to any questions or concerns we encountered throughout the process. We've already begun to recommend Fisher to anyone who asks and we're looking forward to continue working with you in the future. 

I want to take a few moments to express my experience buying and building a home through Fischer Homes. 

The first step in purchasing a home is to choose the right home design, pick a community, and a lot to build on. We did this with our salesperson Patty Bradford, she was very knowledgeable, and help us pick one of the most beautiful sites to build on in the community of Summers Cabln at Oakwood.  

We chose a home design called the Magnolia, on a site where the living area of the home would face a beautiful pond with a fountain that lights up in the evening. To this day, and every day, it is like having our own little piece of paradise. Patty Bradford was wonderful to work with and helped us make the most perfect choices. 

From there you move on to the design center. lt was at first something I was dreading, thinking it was going to be stressful, trying to pick everything that was going to go into the house, I mean everything from faucets, to cabinets, flooring and so on. This is where you will spend most of the day with а design consultant. when we arrive at the design center, we were greeted by a young woman named Lindsay. A high energy person with а wonderful personality and a true passion and taste for design. I soon found that this day that I was dreading, turned out to be a very fun and exciting experience, as Lindsay helped us through everything, she made it so easy to figure out what we wanted and helped us make some great choices, there was no pressure, no high sales pitch nothing like I thought it would be. The design center has samples of most everything you can choose from, giving you а real sense of what things would look like in real life. This was a fun day that my wife and I really enjoyed and when we left, we were so excited. 

Then the next stage, now that everything has been chosen the community, the site, the home design, and everything that would go into the home we were ready to break ground. lf I experienced any stress at all from building a home, it began in this process. But I would have to say that any stress I had, was probably due to my own excitement, I mean at this point you just want everything to be finished. But it's a process, a process that was lead by our building supervisor Bill Joe. I can tell you that for someone that has multiple homes binging built at the same time, and coordinating all the contractors to each site, when they need to be there, and where they need to be, and finish a build on time, the one that has the real stress is Bill Joe. But you would never know it, he was the easiest, most understanding, knowledgeable man that I have ever meet in а position of customer demand. lt was Bill Joe that finished our home on time, a beautiful home that I never want to leave, no matter how upset or worried I got he was always calm, had the right answers and took care of all my worries, worries that if I had just sat back and relaxed, there would not have been any worries at all.  

ln closing I would like to say to Fischer Homes that the three people in my comments above are the best of the best, and if I were the owner of Fischer homes I would give them all a medal with a big fat raise, I assure you that Fischer Homes would never want to lose any of them, total professionals. They know what they are doing.  

We love coming home every day, to a home that was our dream come true.

This is my third time to build a home and by far the most organized and responsiveness was awesome. Sometimes we’d notice something and before we could contact anyone the problem would be taken care of. The staff was always professional and knowledgeable and courteous!
