Not at all. Self guided tours are open to anyone, whether you are working with a realtor or exploring on your own. If you do have a real estate agent, they are welcome to join you.
Self guided tours are available seven days a week. Specific hours vary by community and property. Available times will be displayed when you schedule your visit.
Yes. Each access code is unique to your scheduled visit and expires after your tour window closes, ensuring the security of every property.
